Founded in 2012, by alumni and parents of Port Washington High School and other community members and residents of the area, the Port Washington Gridiron Club directly supports the high school and the local youth football programs.  along with creating a sense of community pride and spirit about this great sport and our teams.  In 2016, Port Gridiron Club established the youth football program, the Buccaneers.  This youth program allows for opportunity to enjoy  the game of tackle football at a younger age in grades 5-8.  The Buccaneers are organized and operated by The Port Gridiron Club.   Port Gridiron Club continues to support football at all levels  by being present to cheer on our teams,  volunteering at events and games, and raising money to support our high school and youth programs.   

We are not directly affiliated with the Port Washington-Saukville School District or the Port Washington High School Athletic Booster Club. 

We are a non-profit organization lead by parents and community members who support the Port Washington High School and other youth football programs in our Port Washington community.  Our mission is to bring our youth closer together through the common interest of football and competition, to foster a sense of community spirit and pride in Port Washington football.  The Port Gridiron Club supports this mission by way of presence and encouragement at activities, and providing needed volunteers and financial assistance to programs or activities that align with the philosophies mentioned above.  

To further promote the mission, this club operated the Port Washington Buccaneer Youth Football Team and teaches the fundamentals, sportsmanship, discipline, and the love of the game. 

The Port Washington Gridiron Club is made up of alumni, past, present and future parents and grandparents of players, coaches and fans of the Port Washington Football teams.  Membership in the Port Gridiron Club is subject to approval in accordance with the Club’s bylaws.
